Introducing a mashup at the intersection of my two nerdy worlds... D&D and manufacturing!

"Dungeons & Deadlines: Tales from the Shop Floor" perfectly (i hope) captures what it's like bringing new folks into the world of modern manufacturing.

Every plant has these characters: the grizzled supervisor barking orders while clutching coffee, the quality manager brandishing the sacred ISO manual, the IT wizard warning about "eldritch" time-tracking systems, and the wide-eyed new hire wondering if they actually need a sword.

After 30+ years in manufacturing, I can confirm: the quest for production targets often DOES feel like one long D&D campaign where the dungeon master keeps changing the rules 😂
